WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Please allow 1-2 business days of processing time for your order to be shipped. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
(for example, if you order on Saturday, your order should ship out on Monday or Tuesday)
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
We source products from all over the world - from Thailand and Hong Kong to Morocco - to bring you the best and lowest prices. This means sometimes you have to wait a little longer to get your order but its always worth it!
Most products take 10-15 Business Days to arrive at your doorstep.
Yet, because some products are coming from so far away and/or have a very high-demand, they sometimes take 2-4 weeks to arrive. So don't worry if the product doesn't arrive the next day! Most of the time our product will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control!
Please note that we send items in multiple packages from different warehouses, this speeds things up. Don't be alarmed if you have missing items. These items will come in the next packages.
Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 12 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email. We can correct this within 12 hours.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, please send us an email with:
- Your order number
- A picture of the damaged product
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
INTERNATIONAL TAX AND DUTIES
Sassy Lila is not responsible for any duties/taxes upon arrival to your location & any delays due to the shipping carrier or customs clearance. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
